Servicing

To maintain your vehicle in good condition, it is recommended you have it serviced annually. This is very helpful in ensuring no unwanted breakdowns and identifying any problems early and rectifying them before they can cause bigger problems. Our services consist of checking all fasteners to make sure none are working loose. Checking all electrical connections ensuring clean and secure contacts, including battery connections. Lubricating  any moving parts as required, such as axles & throttles. Visual inspection of motor brushes and bearings. Full diagnostics inspection of control unit to identify any electrical faults. Obviously every vehicle is different and has different requirements so each service is specific to the requirements of your vehicle.

Services cost just £99 and will take approximately one hour. Any parts required are charged additionally and will be discussed with you before replacing. We are able to come to you  and carry out a service, call out fees are £50 within 25 miles and an additional £1 per mile above 25 miles. Should we need to order replacement parts as part of the service we will return and fit them with no additional labour or call out costs.

Repairs

In the unfortunate event of you needing a repair we can help you get back up and running. If you have diagnosed the fault yourself simply get in touch and let us know the problem and we will provide you with a no obligation quote to carry out the repair or to supply the parts if you wish to carry out the repair yourself. If you are not sure what the problem is you can bring the buggy to us and, for just £20, we can diagnose the problem and provide you with a repair quote. Alternatively, if you cannot make it to us we can come to you and diagnose the problem. This costs just £70 within 25 miles and, should you wish us to carry out the repair upon receiving the quote, there are no additional call out costs for coming to fix your vehicle. Whether you come to us or we come to you, if we carry out your repair then the cost of diagnosing your problem (£20) will be reduced from your final bill.

Reconditioning

If your scooter or buggy is looking a bit run down we can provide a quote to recondition it and bring it back to its former glory. Every vehicle we recondition has unique requirements so these are quoted on a case by case basis. Why not get in touch and find out what we can do for you
